What to do with a pesky customer?


We cannot discount the fact that there are pesky customers who would be harassing us with messages for discounts or questions on the quality of the product. This usually occurs when there is a new purchasing officer who wants to have his mark in the business. What we usually do is to be prepared with the digital brochures and the contract of purchasing with their company. That will deter the harassment.

Personally, I believe that it's paramount to provide the customers with all the necessary information they need about any company's business products and services. In fact, they shouldn't have to ask for such information before it's given to them. It should be the duty of the customer service representative, relationship managers as well as the company's marketing officers to provide such information and updates whenever they are available. You shouldn't give a competing company an opportunity to exploit.
