The customer hotline


If you will check the phone of the customer service of big companies, you have to wait for a long time. Until now I find it exasperating when there is a problem with my credit card that it takes more than 20 minutes of waiting before I could talk to a service staff. Is there no more hotline that can give the customer prime importance with the phone call?


Come to think of it. In the olden days, the so called hotline is a phone number that has someone answering when you call it. But now the hotline is just a number that is automated with a recorded voice telling you to press buttons depending on your agenda. If a customer service has a real hotline then that would be a big come on for the customers.
