Replacing incompetent outsource

One advantage of outsourcing is the privilege of having the outsource to be replaced with no hassle. A hired employee cannot be terminated just like that while an outsourced worker can immediately be replaced. Maybe that is one consideration that makes outsourcing popular.

I think one of the factors why outsourcing is getting popular is the ease of replacing undesirable workers. It is a known fact that workers have their downside and if it affects the productivity then it is only right to terminate the services and hire a new one. With outsourcing, all that is needed is a report with an accompanying request for a change of personnel. And that’s it.

In the news recently is the proposed law for outsourced personnel to be provided with security of tenure for at least 3 months and a 1 month notice for termination or replacement. I wonder why lawmakers would jump the gun that quick without even thinking of the welfare of the company. What if the outsourced employee does not know the job, the company has to persevere with him for 1 month? That is crazy to me.

From what I understand with digitization it means converting the manual process into computerized system that data are encoded for processing. The shift from the manual to computerized is not easy because it encompasses the entire operation of the business. Even if there is software to speak of there is still the need of a thorough study on how to go about it.
