Paid training courses for qualified employees


Most big companies have their training program that includes masteral studies and even doctoral studies. Some employees are lucky to be employed in such companies to gain academic advancement courtesy of their employer. For small companies, it is not viable but the question is what if the employee would pay for the course fee, would they be allowed to attend the classes during office hours?


There are many employers who provide paid training for career advancement. It is an investment that can produce fruits later in the game when the employee improves and stays with the company. That is much better than hiring new employees who are qualified because an employee that raises the level of competence through paid training has somehow have the loyalty to the company.
