Outsourcing the HR department


This may sound shocking but it can happen when the HR department is not performing well. I have posted this topic because it happened to one medium sized company. They had to remove the HR department and scatter the personnel before they gave the management to an outsourcing company. It is a big decision that I don’t know if it is worth the trouble considering the big expense involved.


Are you serious with this topic? Maybe this could only happen if there's a breakdown of management due to quarreling owners. I don't think it is practical to outsource the HR department for it could undermine the welfare of the entire company.
