No truck maneuver on the main road again

There used to be an ordinance against trucks maneuvering on the main road. Deliveries should be made to the warehouse on a nose-in style and a reverse entry is illegal. Now that ordinance is again in effect but I can still see the trucks in their old style of entering the warehouse. The stall the traffic for 5 minutes since the container van had to maneuver many times before it can enter in reverse position.

I think the government is helpless when it comes to the discipline of big vehicles. Trucks and buses are doing the maneuvering on the main road because the garage or warehouse has a small space that maneuvering inside is impossible. What the trucks and buses do is to enter the warehouse or garage rear first so it will be easy in going out.

The problem with the government’s discipline is that it is good only in the news. But in actual implementation there is not such thing as strict. There is a big hardware store here with a small entrance that the delivery trucks would always maneuver on the street so it can enter the warehouse rear first. They do that every day and nothing was done by the local government.
