Controlling the habitual delays of delivery

Having the heavy traffic as alibi, it seems to be an accepted reason for the delayed delivery. But one logistics officer made a thorough investigation of the situation to find out that the driver and his helper are wasting time. The truck was installed with CCTV camera in the interior and exterior as well to get a full view of what’s happening during the trip. True enough, the driver deliberately made inefficient driving.

When you say habitual delay my impression is a delay of at least twice a month. And the reason for the habitual delay is on the supplier or the logistics company that handles the delivery. If you are the customer, it is best to file a formal complaint to the supplier so the problem can be resolved. Sometimes the supplier wouldn’t know about the delay of delivery if the customer would not report it.
