According to me, the government can only be involved up to the stage where it can direct anyone towards education. In the end, its upto the citizens to make themselves educated or how they use this opportunity given to them.

However, the global scenario might differ as there are countries who are still under-developed and seek global help or national government support in uplifting its stature.

    Yes, education is overrated.

If you confuse education with schooling, education is overrated.

If you confuse education with attending college lectures, education is overrated.

If you limit your understanding of education to rote learning, it is overrated.

If you confuse education with the marks scored in exams, it is definitely overrated.

From the point of view of the employee the best way to deal with difficulties with your job is to be honest with your boss and exhibit a desire to work hard. This is a both-win approach that shows that with a bit of indulgence, he will end up with a loyal, productive employee, but if you donít deliver objective performance at steps along the way, you both have a map for if/when itís time to part. Still a good applicant should have a desire for self improvment. At my company we advice applicant for the position of the finantial analysisit study special tools suh as https://provalisresearch.com/.It is indispensable in collecting data. I like your point of view. I think people will always learn and need to learn specific methods or information in their working position. So they can never be fully prepared. Of course it helps if they have a certain education and experiences but every job requires some learning so there should also be a constant willingness to change and learn. And in some cases this mind set is even more worth than a certain education.

This is due to lack of opportunity and knowledge. If you feel like this I have found a website (https://www.resultind.com) where you get the best opportunities. They are good enough for me.
