Examples of supply chain or transportation network model

Hi,

I am looking for examples on supply chain models but i could not find it anywhere within the simul8 support website. Would anyone be so kind enough to share an example of such model, it could be a model with nodes and a network, i.e. facilities and transportation system. Any advice is much appreciated!

Please help.

What kind of 'model' are you looking for?
