The MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics
|

MIT’s multi year Supply Chain 2020 Project shows that true supply
chain superiority does not come by emulating the best practices of
others. Rather, it flows from leveraging a strategic framework and
deeper set of guiding principles that lead to competitive advantage
for your company. This is the notion of the “competitively
principled” supply chain. In his presentation Larry will explain the
framework and principles that can form the core of Supply Chain
Excellence. |
